*Note: Please be informed that POPStation is not same day or next day delivery. We will drop off the parcel at Killiney Post Office, to be transferred to your POPStation location. It takes approximately between 2-3 working days. If your order comes in on Thursday, you might get notification from SingPost on either Monday or Tuesday. We apologise that owing to shortage of manpower, we are not able to drop parcel directly at your preferred POPStation location. Thank you!
All delivery within Singapore will be by SingPost Standard Mail, deliver by SingPost into your mailbox. It will be free of charge. It takes approximately between 2-5 working days for SingPost delivery. We will forward an image of a "Certificate of Posting", which will be the proof of delivery. Please be informed that we will not know for certain on which day/time that the parcel will be delivered to your address. This is entirely at the discretion of SingPost.
We are not responsible for the lost of package during delivery by SingPost. The proof of delivery is final.*

You may add S$4.00 and choose to have delivery by SingPost Registered Article for peace of mind. We will forward to you the tracking number.

Same Day Express Delivery:
For same day express/urgent delivery, we can arrange with freelance courier, who will charge between $30 depending on location, for same day express delivery. We will require at least 2-3 hours in advance notice. Subject to availability and is time-sensitive. We will process the order during our business hours, between 11am-6pm from Mon-Sat. Not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays. Please call 67387198 to inquire.
Shipping to Malaysia & Indonesia:
We ship regularly to Malaysia & Indonesia by:
1) FedEx - fastest between 1-2 working days for Malaysia; 2-4 working days for Indonesia.
4) SingPost Air Parcel with tracking number - cheapest but takes approximately 7-9 working days for Malaysia; approximately 9-15 working days for Indonesia.

Malaysia Orders via Bank Funds Transfer
For customers who are residents in Malaysia and do not wish to use credit card or Paypal, you may use the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or Online Banking to do a funds transfer to our Maybank Malaysia bank account in Ringgit: Maybank Malays
For this mode of payment, you need not make purchase online, but email to us your contact number, delivery address, style number or name, at: email@example.com
Please take note that by using the same bank service to do a fund transfer, then we will be able to receive your fund within 1-2 working day. (For example, transfer from your Maybank account to our Maybank Malaysia account)
If you are using a different bank account to do a funds transfer, then we will only be able to receive your funds in 2-4 working days later. (For example, transfer from your Public Bank or RHB account to our Maybank Malaysia account; unless you pay for the express or immediate fund transfer service.)

Western Union - For Indonesia Customers without Paypal account or credit card
For our regional and international customers who prefer to use Western Union as a mode of payment, we do accept that. Fill in a form at Western Union - To Send Money - in block letters and take with you a valid identification paper with photo.
Steps to follow:
- Fill in Receiver destination (Singapore), amount in figures (S$) and in words (Singapore Dollars).Fill in Receiver First name, Last name (Surname) and Address.(All the Receiver information will be provided to you when you have confirmed your order, and provided us your delivery details.)
- Fill in your First name (Sender name), Last name (Sender surname), address and telephone number(s).
- Give the Agent the amount with service fee and sign the receipt.
- Email to us the 10 digits Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), with your details in Step 2.
Once we have the MTCN number and Sender details, we will proceed to collect the funds at Western Union in Singapore. We will immediately proceed to ship your package to your delivery address.
